Ruben Marcelino Rodriguez

Ruben Rodriguez, 65, of Toledo, OH passed away on October 4, 2021 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg. He was born on June  26, 1956 in Fremont, OH to Juan and Maria (Obregon) Rodriguez. He attend Gibsonburg High School.

Ruben loved to fish, and enjoyed cooking. He was witty and had a great sense of humor, even up to his last days here on Earth, 

Ruben is survived by his children; Ruben (Pricella)Ysasi, Beatrice (Felipe) Serrato, Yvonne (James) Mobley ;  siblings, Mary (Fernando) of Fremont, OH, Susie (Alex) Arriaga of Gibsonburg, OH, Rosario (Nacho) Medina, of Toledo, OH; Joe (Linda) Rodriguez of Moores Hill, IN, Jesus (Linda) Rodriguez of Decatur, IN, Miguel (Becky) Rodriguez of Toledo, OH; many grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Juan and Maria and his sister Lupe Cardenas.

Family will receive friends at the  Castillo Funeral Home 1757 Tremainsville Rd. Monday from 4 – 7 PM and Tuesday after 9 AM in St. Michael’s Catholic Church 420 Sandusky St. where Funeral Mass will be held at 10 AM.

Masks are required and Covid protocols will be followed in the funeral home.
