Kathryn Gail (Beebe) Helf

Kathryn Helf (73) passed away peacefully on August 30, 2018. Kathy was born to Roy and Miriam Beebe on April 5,1945. She was proceeded in death by her parents and Her beloved husband Don. They shared over 25 beautiful years together. Kathy was a sassy pants and she gave as good as she got. Her and Don owned a place at Sunset Cove Resort for many years where they enjoyed boating and campfires. They brought many of their friends up there and enjoyed many good times. She loved her dogs Baby, Rusty and Gizmo who all proceeded her in death. Recently her granddaughter Tara Zuber got her a rescue kitten because she was so lonely after Don passed. Her and her "beautiful boy Muffy" spent a happy year together. She saved Muffy and gave him a home and Muffy saved her and gave her much love and company.  Kathy was a bright and beautiful soul and she died like she lived, bravely. Her smart mouth and lively attitude will be greatly missed. She is survived by her daughter Kimberly (Brett) Crosby, son Dalton (Lisa) Wilkinson; grandkids Joe (Melinda), Tara (who was her special girl) and her girlfriend Kaitlyn, Trenton and Travis Zuber. Amber (Pat) Vliet and Lance (Amy) Crosby, Dalton (Harlee) Wilkinson and Joe Cooper. She enjoyed 14 great grandkids and was affectionately known as "old grandma" to some.  Collin, Madi and Ashton Vliet, Killian Zuber and Ryker and Easton Crosby.  Becca, Joey, Lily and Sam Cooper and Evan, Kolten, Dalton and Mahalia Wilkinson.

Memorial inurnment services will be held Friday September 7 at 1pm at Toledo Memorial Park Chapel of Memories.  The family invites you to a dinner celebration of life at Great Northern Sportsman Club 6255 Pelton lane. Ottawa Lake, Mi. Come tip one back in Kathy's memory. She loved getting together with family and friends so what better way to honor her memory then one last send off.
