Nancy Lynn (Chevalier) Worden

Nancy Lynn (Chevalier) Worden, age 57, of Toledo, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 19th, 2024.  She was born to the late Karen Sue Oliger on October 14th, 1966, in Toledo, Ohio. Nancy dedicated her life to her family and her career in healthcare, working as a nursing assistant for many years at various nursing homes and hospitals. Nancy was one of the most genuine women you could ever meet and loved her family and having fun with her friends. She enjoyed being outdoors where she loved going swimming, gardening, hunting, fishing, boating, riding bikes, going on long walks in the park, but mostly being with family & friends having lots of good laughs. Nancy was a fun person & if you knew Nancy, you would know you could never forget her big blue eyes, her beautiful smile, her contagious laugh, and her oh so larger than life attitude. Nancy was the best daughter, sister, mother, friend and grandma. To have known her you were very lucky. She will be dearly missed by so many.

Nancy is survived by her husband Eric Worden; children Angel (Carlos) Sanchez, Robert (Kristina) Alsip, Brandon (Ashley) Alsip; stepchildren little Eric (Khadijah) Worden, Courtney Worden and Amanda Hill; Bonus  sons John & Chris Jones, and Mike Tucker; grandchildren: Angelina, Justin, Liam, Bailey, & Jaxon; sisters Pamela (Randy) (Joseph) Mock, Alice (Nick) Chevalier, Michele (Jamie) Chevalier, Geri (Patrick) Repass, Bristy Dwyer; brother Brent Kromer; nephews  Joseph, Steven, & Bradley Mock, many other nieces, nephews and great nieces & nephews. Cousins: Louie &Lesley Gonzales and many more Aunts: Barbara& Judy Roper, Mark Roper and last but not least her two best friends Danielle & Cheryl whom were more like a sister to her. She was preceded in death by her mother Karen Oliger. uncles: Paul &Scott Roper, Charles Morris. Aunts: Jan Roper, Joyce Morris, Shirley Metcalf. Cousins: Jason Gonzales and Eric Morris

Her family will receive friends at the Castillo Funeral Home 1757 Tremainsville Rd, Toledo, OH 43613 Sunday March 24th 1pm-4pm. A wake following at The Bennett rental hall 4301 Bennett Rd 43612.
